A LexisNexis ® Complimentary CLE Accredited* Webinar
Electronic service (e-service) is an important technological advancement for many courts across the country. More and more judges are suggesting that lawyers consider e-service solutions as a better means of secure document exchange, better case-file organization and increased access by all the parties to case documents and communication about key case events. E-Service eliminates the burden on all parties, including the Court, from dealing with mountains of paper, the hassles of tracking delivery and the uncertainty and risk associated with using email or other forms of communication.
In order to realize its full benefits, certain procedural matters should be considered when implementing e-service. As the system becomes more and more prevalent, chances are you will encounter it soon if you haven’t already. Learn from a group of attorneys and judges who have been on the front lines of the advent of this new technology on how to best manage the implementation of e-service in your cases, as well as best practices on using it to its fullest advantage.
On Sept. 27 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm ET, Hon.
