HB Litigation Conferences is pleased to announce that two judges with significant construction litigation experience have agreed to speak at the upcoming Construction Litigation Leaders’ Forum 2012 —Judge Keith Davis of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County and Justice Victoria Gerrard Chaney of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division.
As significant figures in California construction litigation over the years, both judges bring vast experience and unique perspectives to the program’s dialogue. Judge Davis and Justice Chaney join already-announced California Judges Carl West and Denise de Bellefeuille as part of the judicial faculty.
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Delfina in Santa Monica, on March 8-9, and is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the litigation for all parties—plaintiffs, defendants, insurers and in-house counsel.
