We are proud to announce our 2015 program chairs! Elizabeth J. Sher is a partner in the Parsippany, NJ, office of Day Pitney LLP. She has represented many long-standing firm clients, including Exxon Mobil Corporation, AT&T Corporation, and Sony Electronics Inc. In addition to general complex commercial litigation, she handles appellate matters, professional liability matters, directors and officers liability defense, and consumer class action defense. She also is a faculty member with NITA, has receive several awards for trial advocacy, business litigation, and leadership. Sher is on the board of the Association of the Federal Bar for the State of New Jersey, and is co-editor of 2015 edition of New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure (ALM).  Sher is a cum laude graduate of the New York University School of Law, and a summa cum laude graduate of Brandeis University. We are thrilled to be working once again with Richard H. Epstein, a member of Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. Epstein chaired the inaugural Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum in 2014. He is General Counsel of the firm and is co-chair of its litigation department. He was included among The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation — Banking and Finance (Woodward/White) and the New Jersey Super Lawyers. He is a cum laude graduate of New York University School of Law, Order of the Coif, and a magna cum laude graduate of Brandeis University.
