Specifications
Papers should be at least 2,500 words; original and not previously published; submitted in Word; and annotated with necessary endnotes (not footnotes), i.e., for citations. (No need to overdo it.) Pieces should be accompanied by short author biography, address, direct phone number, and email, and introduced with a 150-word abstract.
Note: Authors may reproduce their articles wherever they like, with attribution to, and after publication in The Journal of Emerging Issues in Litigation. An article may discuss a matter in which the author has been involved but it must be disclosed.

Benefits
Authors receive formatted PDFs of their articles to share with clients, contacts and colleagues. Authors are encouraged to post their articles on their websites and social media channels. Authors also receive complimentary print copies of the Journal. The articles will be published on the Fastcase service accessed by hundreds of thousands of customers conducting legal research. All articles and authors will be promoted via social media and email, generating thousands of views. Selected articles will be used as a basis for the Emerging Litigation Podcast, generating more exposure for the authors’ expertise.
