PHILADELPHIA — April 28, 2010 — Mass tort litigators have the opportunity to join seven judges, an internationally known special master, and leading plaintiff and defense litigators for a unique learning opportunity designed to help attorneys achieve better results with their tort cases, from pre-trial to summation, HB Litigation Conferences CEO Tom Hagy has announced.

The faculty will be led by the Honorable Marina Corodemus (Ret.) who for 10 years served as New Jersey’s sole mass tort judge, overseeing litigations involving product liability, environmental contamination, consumer fraud and more.

A keynote address will be delivered by highly acclaimed special master Kenneth Feinberg, whose career path has put him in the middle of many high profile matters such as asbestos litigation, the Agent Orange litigation, the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and, more recently, the TARP Executive Compensation matter.

The program — “Mass Torts Judicial Forum with Judge Marina Corodemus” — will be held June 28, 2010 at The Hub Cira Centre at 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. The event is fully accredited for CLE.
