Thank you for all the effort you have put into our various cyber and privacy events these past several years! We have and hope to continue working with you. In fact, some of you we like very much. Others, well. Take care.

After a good seven-year run, we are saying goodbye to our event partner and cyber service vendor NetDiligence. They have elected to self-produce their events to better promote their services. We wish them all the best. We are proud of our part in growing a small program in 2010 to two events that draw more than 1,000 combined delegates today.

Privacy+Security Forum

We are thrilled to announce our expanded work on the Privacy+Security Forum (set for Oct. 4-6, 2018) founded and chaired by well-known experts and respected educators Dan Solove and Paul Schwartz. That program drew more than 800 delegates earlier this month with an incredible faculty. We’re currently working on their new event, the International Privacy+Security Forum, which will be held in Feb. 26-27, 2018. We are taking speaking proposals now and lining up sponsorships. Dan and Paul are true thought leaders in this exciting field, and the faculties they pull together are unparalleled in the industry.

Call for Papers! New Sector Focused Programs

We are developing a series of programs and webinars that tackle the unique challenges facing some of our most vulnerable industry sectors. To that end, we are actively seeking additional speakers, sponsors, partners, program leaders and writers. We would be excited to set up a call to fill you in on the specifics regarding topics and delivery. I think you will like what we have planned.

HB Partners

We continue to create internationally distributed webinars for LexisNexis®, which draws thousands of participants each year.  Check out this upcoming complimentary CLE-eligible webinar on Conflicts of Interest — a topic near and dear to my heart! We have renewed our license for online distribution of recorded programming with Thomson Reuters via the West LegalEdcenter®, with extensive distribution into insurers, policyholders and firms. Opportunities abound! And, new this year, we are producing education for the law firm market with our good friends at RSA. Our first two events will be held Dec. 5 in DC and Dec. 6 in NYC. They are just one of the great new partners we are enjoying working with in new and different ways.

We Welcome Your Ideas

Tell us about them! You can either complete our online form, located in the hysterical FAQ section of our website, or you can write to me directly. I also often answer the phone, return voice messages, and have even opened U.S. mail – frequently resulting in injury. As I said, if you are interested in what we have planned, or if you have ideas that might fit with or benefit from high quality programming, I would welcome a conversation. We have already met with several organizations about the possibilities and we are, frankly, stoked by how stoked they are!
