HB Litigation Conferences is pleased to announce Christopher J. Murray, Claims Counsel in the Construction Risk Management Group at Chartis/AIG, will speak at HB’s Additional Insured and Indemnification Issues Conference on May 11, 2012 in New York. Mr. Murray will discuss “Practical And Strategic Differences Between Contractual Indemnification And Additional Insured Coverage,” along with co-panelists Carrie Raver, Esq. of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and Yale Glazer, Esq. of Lazare Potter & Giacovas LLP.

Mr. Murray has been with the Claims Counsel program since March 2009, providing litigation management and coverage advice to claims groups in New York and Chicago. He also organizes training for the claims professionals and works with them on litigation resolution strategies.

Mr. Murray was a member of the New York County Bar Association Ethics Committee and has participated in panel discussions on construction law and the tri-partite relationship of insurance companies, defense counsel and insureds.
