Charles McGivney founded McGivney & Kluger, P.C., an insurance defense firm, in 1994. He has represented a wide array of clients on the trial and appellate levels of both State and Federal courts in a number of jurisdictions. Specializing in the defense of toxic tort, product liability, and environmental matters, Mr. McGivney has successfully served as trial counsel in asbestos, mold spore, and professional liability claims for architects, lead, repetitive stress, sick building syndrome, silica, and chemical exposure litigation, as well as on complex products liability, life insurance coverage, fire loss, subrogation, and negligence matters. A prolific author, Mr. McGivney has written many treatises on the above areas of practice and lectured extensively before the insurance industry on the methods of evaluating and defending cases in the toxic tort arena.

Rick Nemeroff, an experienced and nationally recognized attorney, leads The Nemeroff Law Firm, a national trial law firm. Rick maintains an extremely active trial practice, fighting for his clients and serving as a trial attorney for other law firms. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York and Texas, and represents victims throughout America in state and federal court. He is recognized by his peers across the country as an effective and aggressive trial attorney and is frequently brought on board to lead trial teams to victory on difficult cases. In addition to his own practice and work as a trial consultant, Rick also teaches other attorneys how to win in the courtroom, and is invited to speak at conferences and write articles for legal publications. His use of innovative, cutting edge technology in trial helps level the playing field when battling corporations with unlimited resources.

Robert Riley serves as Chairman of Schiff Hardin, is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and is co-leader of the Product Liability and Mass Torts Practice Group. Mr. Riley has an active trial practice, having successfully tried cases and argued appeals across the country. His primary focus is on product liability and complex personal injury litigation, but he has handled a wide range of commercial litigation matters through trial and appeal. He has played the lead role in the firm’s successful defense of personal injury and property damage claims against manufacturers of asbestos-containing products, including large consolidations and nationwide class actions. He also has defended individual and class action product liability suits involving a wide range of industrial equipment and consumer products.

Jonathan Ruckdeschel, founder of the Ruckdeschel Law Firm, has been building his reputation as a passionate representative for plaintiffs since 1997. Before starting his own practice in 2004, Jon was an associate with Parker, Dumler & Kiely LLP and Gebhardt & Smith, LLP building his experience in sophisticated litigation. His dedication then led to the founding of the Ruckdeschel Law Firm, a firm that is not scared away by major corporations and is unafraid of taking on the biggest cases, especially those involving defendants whose products, actions or negligence has caused harm to others. Jon has successfully litigated numerous asbestos claims and mesothelioma lawsuits. He prides his practice on a very necessary personal interaction with each client and absorbs a large portion of his drive for success from each of his client’s stories and experiences.
